We’re national members of Constructing Excellence. Their members cover the whole supply chain, and all share a vision to deliver a better built environment through innovation and collaboration.
By joining the CIH as one of their corporate partners we’re investing in the continual professional development of our staff, Members and wider network.
We work with DESNEZ to ensure our offer is fully supporting of the funding for zero carbon initiatives. This helps us to keep up to date with relevant guidance and update our network.
We’re members of the Essex Developers Group and support their mission to accelerate housing delivery in the County. We work with them to better understand how our offer can support Development teams to procure their contracts and mobilise quickly.
The Good Homes Alliance will help support our network to build more truly sustainable homes. They collaborate with government and industry to promote knowledge sharing across the housing sector.
We’ve joined HACTs social value roadmap. It’ll support us to use social value information to improve services, enhance decision making and increase the impact we make.
We work with The Housing Forum as a like-minded organisation working to support the sector to drive quality in design, construction and maintenance of UK homes.
As we continue to support our Members with their decarbonisation journeys, our relationship with SuperHomes helps us to share resources on retrofit best practice.
As Members of the UKBCSD we’re able to draw on insight from businesses leading the charge and raise the profile of challenges specific to social housing within the group.
