Internal and External Building Works

Our Internal & External Building Works framework is designed to support public sector organisations – including housing, health care and education providers. It connects you to a range of experienced contractors able to support with your planned capital works programmes and upgrades.

It’s designed to accommodate single or multi-site projects. And, it’s divided into four Lots broken down by contract value. Contractors on the framework are able to deliver a range of internal and external works – including major refurbishments, external envelope works, roofing, kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, and cyclical decorations.

Any publicly funded body can access the framework for free – and we’ll be able to support you throughout the procurement process.
