This Lot covers the installation and maintenance of Domestic Air Source Heat Pumps. It’s been split into three sub lots to accommodate a range of suppliers. We’ve included the ‘Combined’ sub-lot for customers who’d like a contract with one supplier to cover both the installation and maintenance.

This sub-lot covers the design and installation of Air Source Heat Pumps for heating and hot water services in domestic dwellings.

What’s included in the design service? – This is a service provided each contractor on this lot. Customers are able to engage the contractor to complete the design service before moving on to use the same provider to carry our the surveys, installation, commissioning, handover and monitoring of the heat pumps.

This sub-lot covers the maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps for heating and hot water services in domestic dwellings. The contractor will undertake all required maintenance services and include all requirements for ASHP technologies, heating controls and heating system replacement maintenance requirements.

Combined works – installation and maintenance

This sub-lot has been designed for customers that would like one contractor to deliver the design, installation and maintenance of their Air Source Heat Pumps and associated technologies.
