We’re now live with the re-tender of our Heating & Water Hygiene Framework. It’s worth up to £175 million over 4 years and has been specifically designed to support housing providers with their commercial and domestic heating programmes.
The tender deadline is 13 June. Interested contractors can now download the tender documents from ProContract – SEC Heating and Water Hygiene Framework (due-north.com).
Any questions from tenderers should now be submitted via the portal.
What will the new model look like?
Our current version of this framework has been really popular – so we’re not changing the model much. The framework will cover domestic and commercial heating. Including installation, servicing and maintenance plus water hygiene management.
The new lot breakdown is:
- Lot 1: Combination Works (Commercial and Domestic Heating)
- Lot 2: Domestic Heating
- Lot 3: Commercial Heating
- Lot 4: Water Hygiene Risk Assessments
- Lot 5: Water Hygiene Remedial Repairs
