In short, the answer is no! You don’t need to be a member to use our frameworks. You can still access all frameworks and receive the same procurement service as full Members.
The main difference is that Members receive a discount on the levy charged to contractors for any procurement run through us. The levy for Members is 1.5%. For Guests it’s 2%. We also offer a levy cascade for high-value projects. You can learn more about it here.
