We’re out to tender for our new Construction and Development DPS. The deadline for the first round of submissions is 6 November 2024.
It’s split into 5 categories, and covers the site preparation and development of new build properties –

| 1 | Site Preparation – demolition, decontamination, reinstatement and remediation. |
| 2 | New Build and Construction up to a value of £4,999,999 |
| 3 | New Build and Construction from £5million up to £9,999,999 |
| 4 | New Build and Construction from £10million up to £49,999,999 |
| 5 | New Build and Construction of a value of over £50 million |
How will it run?
We expect to go live with the DPS late November – it will be open for four years and contractors are able to apply to join at anytime.
Customers will use the DPS to procure their development works contracts via a further competition. This means we’ll tender their specific projects to all contractors in the relevant category.

We’re running the DPS on our InTend platform. If you haven’t already signed up to our portal, you can do so here: SEC InTend Portal – Registration.

The deadline for the first round of applications is 6 November. But after this, suppliers can apply to join the DPS at anytime until it closes in October 2028.
