This means that we procure several new frameworks every year – whether that be reiterations of current models or new frameworks depending on customer need. CONSULTANCY SERVICES

This new framework will cover –  Building Surveying, Project Management, M&E Consultancy, Stock Condition Surveys and Sustainability Consultancy, Architects, Planning Consultants, Employers Agents and Development Consultants.

This tender is now closed. We’re evaluating the submissions.

ASBESTOS REMOVALS FRAMEWORK

This new model will replace our current Asbestos Removals framework when it expires next year. It will provide customers with a compliant route to appoint licensed asbestos removals contractors.

The deadline for submissions is 20 December. We’re now out to tender for the framework on ProContract.

DECARBONISATION WORKS DPS

This new Dynamic Purchasing System is split into four lots covering – insulation, renewable heat and hot water, renewable power and storage, and whole house retrofit.

The deadline for the first round of submissions is 20 December. We’re now out to tender for the DPS on ProContract.

ZERO CARBON PARTNERS

 A new framework helping customers to deliver their retrofit programmes. It’ll offer a route to market to appoint experienced zero carbon delivery partners.

We’ll be out to tender for this framework in December 2024. We will update include the link here once it’s live.

FIRE SAFETY WORKS

This new model will replace our current Fire Safety framework when it expires in January 2026. The scope will cover passive fire protection, fire alarms and fire doors.

RESPONSIVE REPAIRS, VOIDS & PLANNED MAINTENANCE DPS

This DPS is split into 4 lots covering – responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance and combined works contracts.

You can join the DPS now, and the process should take no longer than two weeks.

DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION DPS

This new Dynamic Purchasing System will cover the site preparation and new build projects for public sector organisations. It’s split into five lots dependant on contract value.

The DPS will run for four years and will be live for customers to use from January 2025.
