Our new Consultancy Framework is now out to tender. The framework covers the provision of building consultancy services covering construction, programme management, asset management, building design and architectural services.
It’s split into 12 Lots:

- Lot 5: Clerk of Works
- Lot 6: Architects
- Lot 7: M & E Engineers
- Lot 8: Quantity Surveying
- Lot 9: Structural Engineers
- Lot 10: Stock Condition Surveys
- Lot 11: Multi Disciplinary Services
- Lot 12: Planning Consultants
We’re re-procureing this framework under the restricted (2 stage) process. The Standard Questionnaire stage deadline is 14 August.
