Plan to replace OJEU in no-deal Brexit

On the 13th September the Cabinet Office published an update as to the future of public procurement post-Brexit if there is no deal. After March 19, if there’s no deal in place regarding the access to OJEU/TED – all contract opportunities will be published on a new UK e-notification service electronically.
