Today marks the first meeting of our Next Generation Leaders Cohort 1! We’re welcoming the first 13 delegates this morning and will be introducing them to you in the following weeks.
We’ve partnered with Solace to deliver this course for colleagues across our Membership. It’s all part of our commitment to the sector and our £250,000 investment in people through our Prospects initiative.
The 13 delegates in this first cohort are passionate about developing their career in this sector. They’ve been nominated by their organisation as they recognise them as a next generation leader for the Housing sector.
