- Salary from £28,279 to £32,319 per annum + bonus + car allowance.

We’re seeking a Trainee Event & Marketing Partner to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing our busy events schedule. You will support our Strategic Partnerships in all aspects of organising and marketing events that we deliver, and those that we attend.
You’ll report to our Senior Marketing & Communications Partner and will:
- Support the delivery and development of our events programme.
- Drive growth in attendance based on delegate feedback and creative marketing campaigns.
- Enhance our online presence through website design, copy writing and social media content creation.
- Manage partnerships with external stakeholders – including delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and venues.
- Manage our attendance at external events – including the look and feel of our stands, merchandise, key messaging and event bookings.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance your marketing skills and knowledge.
What you’ll need –
- Affiliate CIM Membership – and be interested in starting / holds CIM level 4 qualification.
- Experience developing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge and awareness of current affairs in the housing sector.
- 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or similar roles
- Experience in event organisation
This role will mainly be based in our office in Sittingbourne, Kent, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement – we’ll ask, as a minimum, that you spend two working days per week in the office.
