We welcomed a new colleague to the team this month! Joanne Doherty joins us as our new Training & Development Co-ordinator. As our PROSPECTS programme expands she will provide invaluable support and experience our training team. She’ll be responsible for facilitating and promoting our bespoke training courses.
Joanne has worked in Early Years Education for over 25 years, supporting young children and their families. Alongside managing a setting, for the past 8 years, she has been a leader of an Early Years Collaboration in Kent. Within her role she was responsible for compiling training audits, annual training programmes and organising conferences for their members.
Her interests are travelling, cooking, going to the theatre and spending time with her family.
