We welcomed another colleague to the team last week. Kelly Brace joined us as our new Finance Director. She’ll play a key part in implementing the change that comes with our Incorporation. She’ll work alongside Sally, our Finance Partner to ensure all our new process are robust and fit for the future.
Kelly has worked as an accountant for over 20 years. She began as an apprentice at a local practice in Kent and has moved into industry in the last 8 years. She has extensive experience with bookkeeping and management accounts to audit with both start up companies and large multinational organisations.
Kelly is a Charted Accountant. She’s specialised in streamlining financial operations and optimising procedures for sustainable growth. She’s results driven with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
Outside of work Kelly is a keen runner and is currently training for the London Marathon 2025!
