SEC Knowledge Share Live – Better Information Management: leveraging the wider concept and role of Digital Twins (15 June)
Do you aspire to have better asset management data, drive optimum efficiency and cost savings on repairs, but don’t know where to start? Sometimes the digitalisation of asset data can seem costly or overwhelming. Following the release of our research work last year, we want to bring like-minded clients together for an informal roundtable, knowledge sharing session with the support of our session facilitator the fantastic Bola Abisogun OBE FRICS MCIOB.
Bola is a, RICS Board Member, on the CITB England Nation Council, CDBB Gemini Ambassador National Digital Twin, Non-Executive Director S.E.C.B.E & Non-Executive Director London Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
The roundtable session is open to delegates from Local Authorities / Housing Associations. We’ll host the session on 15 June via MS Teams. You can register for the session here – SEC Knowledge share live: Better Information Management (constantcontact.com)
We at SEC want to want to start a conversation with you around the development of a Local Authority / RP, data-driven solution. Our collective challenge is bigger than any ‘current’ definition of BIM. Last year’s research group agreed to focus solely on promoting ‘structured data’ or Information Management / Information Modelling. Better data will positively impact everything we do. It can help us avoid Building safety issues, help us tackle the emerging Zero Carbon challenge and the over-arching and growing ESG mandate. Each effects cost of capital moving forward so the time to shape this is now.
