Our Zero Carbon framework has been designed to help you to achieve your Net Zero targets. It covers as range of solutions for the design, delivery and maintenance of whole house energy efficiency measures.
As a compliant route for BEIS funded schemes, ECO funding and capital investment, organisations can use this framework to appoint:
- planning organisations to help you design your Zero Carbon roadmap.
- technology installation and maintenance contractors.
- long- term partnerships to help you plan, build, maintain and support your journey towards Net Zero Carbon.
The framework provides you with a compliant route to appoint a range of experienced consultants and contractors. It’s free to access, fully compliant and we’ll provide support at each stage of the process.
We’ve split the framework into several Lots to offer a diverse range of service providers across several disciplines. All the successful suppliers are experienced in providing services to the public sector.

Any public sector organisation can access the framework. You’re able to appoint consultants either via direct award to Rank 1, or mini-tender.
