At SEC we launch our Next Generation Leaders Programme on the 15th February 2021, to create 45 aspiring board members and future leaders within our sector.
We have answered the call of our members, the sector and its trade bodies with support in solving the above problem.
We have partnered with Solace, training specialists of public sector executives, to create a programme of development for 45 future leaders in the next 2 years.
Even better SEC is delivering this as part of its investment strategy back into the sector and will be offering a free place to one successful nominee per member organisation. This is a member exclusive benefit.
We invite Executives, Directors and Heads of Service to attend our event on the 15th of February to launch the programme and inspire thought around who they should nominate.
The launch will cover the content of the courses and help understand what makes for an ideal candidate and how you can apply.
