We’ve committed to investing in the development of housing professionals through our PROSPECTS training programme – upskilling colleagues and supporting our future leaders. 

Each year we deliver a suite of training sessions designed to truly make a difference you and your organisation. We’ve partnered with a number of excellent providers to delivered tailored courses, both virtual and in person,  focused on supporting you across a range of disciplines. Attendance is free for SEC Members if part of your yearly training allowance. All other housing providers are able to attend courses at a subsidised rate.

Many of our courses are CPD accredited and we’re currently in the process of accrediting our entire programme.

We’ve also partnered with Solace to offer an Institute of Leadership and Management Certified course. SEC Members can nominate up to three individuals for the programme each year. Learn more about our Next Generation Leaders programme.
