We’ve committed to investing in the development of housing professionals through our core training programme – upskilling colleagues and supporting our future leaders.

Each year we deliver a suite of training sessions designed to truly make a difference you and your organisation. We’ve partnered with a number of excellent providers to deliver courses, both virtual and in person,  focused on supporting you across a range of disciplines.

Who can attend? These courses are designed for delegates from Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We have a separate training programme for suppliers. Attendance is free for SEC Members if part of your yearly training allowance. All other housing professionals are able to attend courses at a subsidised rate.

Many of our courses are CPD accredited and we’re currently in the process of accrediting our entire programme. Certificates are provided after completing each course.
