We’re delighted to welcome not one, but two new Members to our Consortium this month – Penge Churches Housing Association and Glebe Housing Association.
We now have 47 Members who collectively manage over 446,000 homes across England.
Both organisations own less than 300 homes and as a SEC Members they’ll gain access to a range of additional benefits focused on supporting smaller providers. This includes bespoke procurement options, support with technical documents and training. We’re already working with them on a range of projects across our frameworks.
