We recently supported ccha with their tender for a new Concierge Service across their estate.

They approached us for help reviewing their current contract and developing a clear, future-focused service specification.

We kicked things off by working with ccha to review the existing contract and any available service information. Several meetings followed to make sure we fully understood how the current service operated and what needed to change moving forward.

From there, we drafted a new service specification and provided contract advice to support the tender. A tailored cost model was also created, designed to give ccha and their residents complete transparency. It clearly outlined annual charges and made it easy to understand any additional callout or support costs.

We supported ccha through the entire process—from the initial specification development all the way through to award. This included evaluation training, the contract pre-start meeting, and mobilisation planning.

The contract is now live, and we’re proud to have helped deliver a clearer, more transparent service for ccha’s residents.
