In 2018 Clarion Housing used our Heating framework to direct award a contract to Swale Heating. They're contracted to provide heating systems maintenance and reactive installation to 11,040 of Clarion's social housing properties in an area covering parts of Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Fenland.
The mobilisation in March 2018 coincided with some of the worst weather on record as the Beast from the East combined with Storm Emma to produce extraordinarily difficult conditions. Despite those challenges, Swale Heating’s finely-honed systems, the expertise of its managers and the commitment of its field staff ensured the mobilisation was a success.
