We’ll re-run 8 of this year’s most recommended sessions between January – March 2023. Members are able to attend for free if part of your yearly training allocation. You can learn more about the course content and register via our website.
The new sessions include –
- Resident Conflict Management – 11 January. Understanding conflict, aggression and assertive behaviour.
- Successful Leaseholder Management and Right to Acquire – 25 & 26 January. How to deliver an efficient and effective service to leaseholders that is legally compliant.
- Construction Design Management (CDM) Regs – 08 February. An introductory course looking at key aspects of the CDM regulations, as well as the organisations’ requirements and responsibilities.
- Effectively Managing an ASB Case – 22 February & 01 March. How to effectively manage an ASB case from start to closure.
- Strategic Asset Management Strategy – 23 February. Understanding smart, strategic asset management and developing long-term strategic goals.
- Specification Writing Masterclass – 07 March. This CPD certified course will teach delegates how to write clear and concise specifications which work for you and your specific project.
- Tender Evaluation Masterclass – 23 March. How to approach the quality element of a tender – both in the planning and the actual evaluations themselves.
- Disabled Adaptations for Social Housing – 16 March. Understanding the regulations and the duty of the landlord in ensuring requirements are met.
