The session will be facilitated by David Ashby, Director of Strategic Development at SEC. We’ll cover:
- Identifying the clauses, explore the definition, and discuss practical examples in JCT 2016 Intermediate Building Contract that relate to time, cost, quality
- Understand how to deal with typical problems such as delays, loss and expense and extensions of time.
- How to apply clauses to real world scenarios through group exercises and discussions of simulated contract scenarios.
