  • To explore what we mean by neurodivergence and the relevance of this for businesses in achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • To explore the value of neurodivergent employees within your business.
  • To gain an understanding of how to create and embed a neuroinclusive workplace culture.
  • To consider how to best support individuals within your team who are neurodivergent or have neurodivergent traits.
  • To support you to better understand and meet the needs of your neurodivergent customers, clients, residents, and the wider community.
