- To gain an understanding of how to create and embed a neuroinclusive workplace culture.
- To consider how to best support individuals within your team who are neurodivergent or have neurodivergent traits.
- To support you to better understand and meet the needs of your neurodivergent customers, clients, residents, and the wider community.
