By the end of the session you'll understand the role of NHF Schedule of Rates in procurement, compare the different versions, and apply NHF pricing strategies effectively in tender submissions. 

Agenda

The course will be ran by members of the SEC team.

  • Understand the NHF Schedule of Rates and it's role in procurement
    • The National Housing Federation (NHF) and its purpose in the housing sector
    • The NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) as a standardised pricing tool used across repairs, voids and planned contracts
  • Compare pricing across NHF Versions
    • The pricing differences between NHFM3 Version 7.2 and Version 8 - including adjustments due to inflation and market conditions
  • Apply NHF pricing in tender submissions
    • Practical skills in using NHF SOR for tender pricing, including applying discount-based pricing strategies and interpreting rate breakdowns and inclusions

The session is free for the supply chain and only open to contractors.
