In August 2025 The United Reformed Church were looking for HHSRS Training in readiness for Awaab’s Law which was passed in October 2025.
Andrew Lavender, Director of Lavender & Wilson facilitated a bespoke session for their colleagues. Delegates were given a comprehensive overview of the Landlord and Tenant Act, HHSRS and Awaab’s Law followed by a look at various hazards which could be found when visiting properties.
