Our new PROSPECTS training programme is now live! Courses begin in April with 40 different sessions available to our Members and network of Registered Providers. You can view the new programme and begin registering today.

All courses are delivered under 6 tiers divided by discipline –

  • Compliance & Building Safety
  • Customer Focused
  • Sustainability
  • Development

The aim of our training courses is always to upskill and support colleagues working within the housing sector. We’ve designed this years’ programme with the mission to –

  • train more colleagues than ever before – the new programme offers 800 places,
  • offer any employee in the sector access to subsidised training, and
  • deliver a training programme which covers a range of disciplines.

The current programme runs from April until December – and we’ll look to rebook our most popular sessions from January to March 2024.

Is there a cost to attend?

As always, Member organisations will each receive a number of training places included in your yearly membership. To learn how many passes you will receive this year please contact a member of our training team –

We also reward two additional free training passes for every procurement completed via our frameworks!

Many of our courses are now Accredited!

9 courses in total are currently Accredited – this is either through the CPD or their own accreditation board. We’ve worked with our training partners to make sure as many of our training courses are Accredited as possible. And, we’ll be working throughout the year to increase our number of accredited courses!
