Due to their project requirements, the lift equipment needed and timescales we identified a direct appointment of Apex Lifts to be the best option for Arun. As they were ranked no. 1, we were quickly able to facilitate a direct award – and Arum benefited from access to our framework rates and advanced specification.
The contract covered the servicing and maintenance of 18 lifts, callouts, reactive repairs and replacement works as necessary across Aurn’s sites. They included the Civic Centres, Town Hall, public car park lifts and residential sites.
Project Successes.
Apex mobilised the contract during lockdown. Apex remained fully operational, with consistent engineering team delivery and monthly meetings to ensure the lifts across Arun District sites were safe, reliable and functional with minimal disruption or downtime.
