Construction & development works
Swale Borough Council procured their development partner, Regiis, through our Construction & Development DPS, and it was great to be there in person as the project gets under way.
Cockleshell Walk will bring 51 new high-quality homes to a former car park site, right on the doorstep of Sittingbourne town centre. Every home will be Social Rented which will give local people access to genuinely affordable places to live.
A few highlights include:
