Learning Objective 

At the end of this session, delegates will have a greater understanding of how to manage challenging customer interactions while maintaining a positive and professional service. The course will explore practical techniques for managing expectations, handling difficult conversations and communicating clearly and fairly. The session will be practical and interactive, with opportunities for delegates to share experiences and take away useful techniques to apply in their role.
