What are the M3NHF Schedule of Rates modules?
The M3NHF Schedule of Rates is a comprehensive system for dealing with responsive day to day and void repairs. It consists of an inclusive list of all commonly needed repairs, with industry standard preliminaries, a comprehensive Technical Specification and the NHF Form of Contract.
This also includes a specific model SoRs for Smaller Housing Associations RIMVOS – this product is specifically designed for smaller organisations with up to 1,500 units. It helps to simplify procurement costs and the time taken to mobilise contracts.
