Portal Guidance for Suppliers - Quick tips to fix access issues

We're aware of some common problems contractors face when trying to access our DPS portals. Here are some quick troubleshooting steps to get you moving faster.

We use two different portals to manage our DPS's -In-Tend and Proactis. And we know how frustrating it can be when you're trying to log in but get stuck. Most issues can be fixed with just a few simple checks.

Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Maintenance DPS and Decarbonisation Works DPS

Both these DPS's are managed by Proactis. If you're having difficulty logging in please try these separate steps:

Close all browser windows and reopen just one new window using Google Chrome
Clear your cookies and cache
Make sure that pop-ups are allowed - this may mean that you need to temporarily disable pop-up blockers. Your IT team may need to assist with this.
If possible, try a different laptop or PC

If none of the above solves the problem, you'll need to contact Proactis directly, as we can't manage contractor accounts on this platform. You can follow these steps to log a ticket with them -

Click “Raise a Case”, fill in the form, and hit Send
Or email them: suppliersupport@proactisservicedesk.com

This is managed by In-Tend. If you're having difficulty logging in:

Open a new browser and clear all the cache - this resolves the vast majority of problems

If you still can't get in - please contact us directly at info@southeastconsortium.org.uk . We manage contractor accounts on In-Tend and can help with resets, new accounts and general access support.
