Our Electronic Payment System tender is now live on myTenders!
We would like to appoint suppliers that are capable of carrying out a fully managed and flexible electronic payment service.
Suppliers may need to provide; single or multiple network managed service provider (lot dependant) for high quality, efficient, secure and auditable fully managed electronic payment services. This solution enables customers to make payments such as rent, council tax, other bills and associated payments through a variety of payment methods and a range of convenient payment networks nationwide.
The framework will run for 4 years and will replace our current EPS Framework. If successful, contractors will have the opportunity to be awarded contracts through “Direct Call-off” or “Mini Competition”.
The process will run in accordance with the Open Procedure. It will comprise a Standard Questionnaire (Section 2) and the ITT (Invitation to Tender) (Section 3). The tender timetable and clarification deadline has been published in the contract notice on MyTenders.
Tender deadline is 12pm on 7 September.
