As we close out the last financial year and begin to look forward to the next, we're pleased to publish our Annual Report for 20/21. We anticipate that we've saved our customers £2,000,000 over the last year. Customer usage has continued to grow. 20/21 saw us deliver 134 contracts on behalf of Members and Guests - a huge feat given the detail and number of hours involved for each award. We've procured three new frameworks for you too - Consultancy, New Build and Asbestos Inspections. This upcoming year will see us introduce new and innovative models. We're already out to tender for our Zero Carbon and Fire Safety frameworks. Last year we supported 531 colleagues with their development and hosted 25 training courses and events. We also launched three new brands - Prospects, Foundation and HOW. Each will provide support for our sector's people, communities and challenges. Watch this space as we begin to develop them even more over the next year. A note from our Chair:
