After hearing about our flexible training options, Greenwich asked for us to develop a session focused on The Building Safety Act—specifically the Gateways, which aren’t a part of the standard training offer.
We spoke with the training provider to explore their request, and they were more than happy to adapt the content. We worked with them to develop and deliver a course which covered key elements of the legislation, along with practical advice for managing compliance more effectively.
The session gave Greenwich the clarity and confidence they needed around Gateway requirements, while also helping them streamline their compliance processes.
“The process of arranging the session was smooth and well-coordinated. Communication was clear throughout, and it was helpful to have ongoing updates on scheduling and course content. The training itself was well-structured and informative, covering key aspects of building safety and compliance in a way that was both engaging and relevant to our roles. The trainers demonstrated strong subject knowledge and delivered the material effectively. Following the session, we found the content to be applicable to our work, and the opportunity to discuss real-world scenarios was particularly valuable. If I were to suggest any improvements, it would be to incorporate more case studies or interactive elements to further enhance engagement.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would certainly use SEC’s training services again in the future."
