We've a busy framework procurement schedule this year! We'll be going live with our new Electrical Framework in May 2023.
We've released the PIN notice on Find a Tender Service which you can view here - South East Consortium Electrical Works Framework - Find a Tender (find-tender.service.gov.uk)
What will the new model look like?
The framework will replace the separate "Electrical Works" Lot within our current Building Works Framework. It'll cover electrical testing, installations and/or upgrades to residential properties, communal areas, multi occupancy residential blocks and commercial premises.
