Oliver’s career spans over 20 years. He’s predominantly worked in the Print Manufacturing and Marketing Services sector, and more recently moved to Electrical, Fire & Security contracting.
He has an extensive background in Sales, Business Development and Marketing, and we’re looking forward to how his experience from other sectors can bring a fresh perspective to our team.
At home, Oliver is married to Paige, has 2 beautiful daughters, Emilie (9) and Imogen (5), and Golden Labrador, Myla. He likes to travel, cook and eat good food, spend quality time with family and loves his cars – specifically the Valeting & Detailing of them!
Jade had 16 years’ experience in Business Development and Bid Management. She places early engagement and developing a deep understanding of customer’s needs at the heat of everything she does. Over the past 7 years she has worked in pre-construction teams for new build housing – so knows the key drivers and challenges faced within the housing sector.
In her spare time, Jade serves as a parish councillor and is an active member of the planning and environmental committees. She’s dedicated to listening to all stakeholders and taking a balanced approach to find collaborative and progressive solutions for her local community. She’s an active volunteer at her local community hub and regularly delivers fitness classes to help improve mobility and mental health.
