We'll be going live with the re-tender of our Internal & External Building Works Framework at the end of November. But first we'd like to survey our network of contractors and potential tenderers on the new model and how it'll work.

We're changing the framework model to encourage more SME's to tender for the framework. The framework lots are for multi trade contractors. Trade-specific works which would have been covered by Lots 2-6 of the previous framework will now be covered through the Planned Maintenance Lot of our DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System).
