Essex Developers Group work with the Government, Homes England and Essex County Council to accelerate housing delivery in the region. They focus on planning, viability, construction skills and supporting SMEs / smaller house builders. We've become members to share best practice and develop brilliant procurement models that help deliver the county's much needed social homes.
Our Business Partnerships Manager, Naureen Ullah is looking forward to working with the group. When asked why we've joined she said - “SEC are looking forward to being a member of EDG and working in partnership with their Developers & Housing Group. It’s a great forum to discuss development and the challenges the sector faces currently and how we can work in collaboration to deliver the much-needed homes across Essex County.
