Applications are now open for our first 2023 cohort of Next Generation Leaders!
We’ve partnered with Solace to provide an ILM Certificated course for next generation leaders within the Housing Sector. It’s part of our £200,000 a year investment in people through our Prospects programme.
Each cohort will benefit from a four module programme which explores the role of leadership in delivering change. Delegates benefit from growing their network of likeminded colleagues from different housing providers in a supportive environment.
You can learn more about the programme and what it entails here – Next Generation Leaders – South East Consortium.
Applications close 5pm on 20 March. SEC Members are able to nominate one colleague per year to complete the programme for free. Any additional applicants are charged a subsidised cost.
Candidates should submit the following:
Please send the above to learning@solace.org.uk by 5pm on 20 March 2023 – with the email title “SEC Next Generation Leader Nomination”.
Our intention will be to bring together a diverse group of participants that can share and learn with and from each other.
The cohort will begin in May. We look forward to receiving your applications this month. If you have any questions please get in touch with our Training & Development Partner, Alex Tooke – alex.tooke@southeastconsortium.org.uk.
