The Dynamic Market is split into five Lots, designed to reflect the way our customers procure their repairs and maintenance services:
How it works
Unlike a traditional framework, the Dynamic Market allows suppliers to join or leave at any time. This keeps the supply chain fresh, competitive and responsive to your needs. If you have a preferred local or specialist contractor you'd like to include, they can apply to join before you go out to tender.
All contracts are awarded through a further competition process, tailored to your specification, budget and requirements. We manage the process and are on hand throughout.
Any publicly funded body can use the Dynamic Market - access isn't limited to SEC Members, and there's no fee to access it. The Dynamic Market covers the whole of England.
