This is South East Consortiums largest ever framework value, with a Notice value at £5bn. With the reality around the cost of the challenge on public sector buildings ever prevalent in the media, we have modelled the figure with engagement with our clients and modelled an honest yet modest figure on activity that is likely to come through our framework.
The initial framework will release on a 2+1+1 year arrangement allowing for change in technologies to be incorporated after the first 2 years.
Public sector buyers can use this framework for their appointment of Zero Carbon roadmap planning organisations, single technology install and maintenance contractors or long term partnerships to help plan, build, maintain and support their journey towards Net Zero Carbon. The framework should be Buyer Ready by the Summer and any interested buying organisations should contact david.smith@southeastconsortium.org.uk
