We'd like to hear from you - our new Capital Works Framework

We're re-procuring one of our most used Frameworks in 2026. Our new Capital Works Framework will replace our current Internal & External Building Works model. Before we begin shaping the new framework, we'd like to hear from our network of customers and suppliers on what you'd like to see.

We've already ran a number of Preliminary Market Engagement webinars over the last few months. These have been great to get your quick-fire feedback on how the current framework has worked - and any changes you'd like us to make to the new one.
