Working with Peter Bedford Housing Association, we developed an understanding of their specific requirements and advised on the best procurement route for them. They were looking to appoint a contractor to support them with the external decorations to some high and medium-rise blocks.

Following a successful bid, Bell Group entered into a contract to supply the services. This included; cleaning down and repairing UPVC windows, painting the facias and soffits, painting the rendering and doors as well as pre-paint repairs.

The Result. Bell Group demonstrated value for money to the client through innovation on paint specification – it guaranteed quality and longevity for 5 years minimum. They also worked proactively with Peter Bedford HA to develop innovative access solutions and strength in resources.

Community Benefits.

Bell Group ensures that there was a locally employed workforce on site – this saved on carbon emissions and travel-time for colleagues. All their paint empties were fully recycled for environmental benefit.
