Our Annual Report 2025/26

Our 2025/26 Annual Report is out now. It's been a year of real change for us, and we're excited to share what we've delivered with our Members.

2025/26 was another demanding year for the sector. We saw changing regulations in every part of housing delivery, along with tougher operating environments and widening skills shortages. We're proud of the support we've continued to deliver for Members this year, and of the impact we're making across the board.

As our CEO Jas Rai puts it in this year's report:

"Our role isn't just to provide procurement routes. It's to make things easier, share expertise, create opportunities for collaboration and help Members make good decisions."

This really showed in the numbers this year. We delivered 187 contracts worth £252.6m for 79 organisations, with 99% of Members satisfied with our procurement support. We trained more people than ever before, supporting 1,646 delegates, and delivered £1.9m in social value* back into the sector and our communities.

From new frameworks and record training numbers to a real investment back into local communities, 2025/26 has been about getting to the core of what SEC is here to do. We're proud of what we've delivered together with our Members, and even more excited for what's ahead as we launch our new five-year strategy in October.
