Caroline is a procurement and contract management professional with significant experience in the social housing sector. Before working in housing she spent over 20 years working client-side on capital project developments in the arts and private sectors. She's skilled in strategic procurement, supplier governance, compliance, tendering and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on delivering value for money, managing risk and embedding social value into contracts.
Caroline is currently Procurement Manager at our Member West Kent Housing Association, where she brings a practical, collaborative approach to improving procurement processes and supporting organisational priorities.
On joining the Board, Caroline said:
"SEC plays an important role in delivering value and assurance for its members, and I'm excited by the opportunity to contribute my commercial leadership, governance expertise and sector insight to help guide its future direction."
Caroline's appointment brings valuable commercial and governance experience to the Board at an important time for SEC, as we continue to build on our strategy and deliver for our members.
