In 2020 we launched our Foundation Fund. It’s part of our commitment to the communities we serve working with the housing sector, since then we’re proud to have donated over £317,000 to some brilliant organisations in the South East. We’re pleased to say that the nomination window for the fourth round of funding is now open! Nominated charities must meet the below requirements.
The nomination window closes on 31 March at 16:00.
Yes, you can nominate the same charity or choose a new one, with no limit on how many years you can submit a nomination.
We'll contact you in late April/early May to let you know if your bid was successful/unsuccessful.
Once all processes have been completed, you'll receive the funds in June.
Submissions are scored 1-5 on each question by our trustees. 1 being the lowest score, 5 being the highest. When submitting your nomination check if you’ve covered the following:
Yes, please see below
You'll be able to nominate causes online here - SEC Foundation Nominations 2025
We have established a panel of excellent Trustees who will evaluate nominations in April and our Business Partnerships team will contact successful benefactors shortly after.
