We recently delivered a tailor-made training session for Croydon Churches Housing Association (CCHA) on an introduction to Social Housing. They had 12 new members of staff who needed the training as part of their staff induction.
To ensure the training met their needs, we held a scoping meeting with the customer to review and adapt our existing agenda. This approach meant that we couldfully align the course with their learning objectives and the specific requirements of their new team.
By delivering the session as part of their wider induction, CCHA was able to provide all new staff with a consistent understanding of the key principles of social housing, supporting them to confidently settle into their roles.
